Who We Are

Roxbury Energy Group / Alternate Energy and Electric LLC is owned and operated by partners with respectfully over 35 years in the construction field: electrical experience including service calls, residential, commercial, industrial, hotel and retail experience up to $3,000,000 and mechanical experience including residential, commercial, federal and state projects up to $10,000,000. We are a non-union, open shop. The business was built on insuring our customers' satisfaction every time. Our team provides our customers with the most responsive and caring service. As a small business, we know that communication and the best customer service always matter, despite how big, or how small the job is. It is the level of customer service that separates us from the rest. Roxbury Energy Group / Alternate Energy and Electric treats every project like it is one for our own family.

Every customer call is handled by an experienced technician for all our residential, commercial and industrial customers. We spend time making sure we understand the customer completely. This enables us to provide a proposal that gives the customer the best idea of what is to be expected with their project before we begin. We walk everyone through each step if needed to make sure they understand how things work and if they need any training we will provide that as well. Meet Our Team

James Cannon (Jim)

Jim has been in the electrical industry for over 40 years completing electrical work in New Jersey, Florida and California. He completed his IBEW apprenticeship in 1986 and earned his NJ state electrical license in 1988. He also is certified as an journeymen electrician in the state of California. Jim has completed projects from running service calls to building 2000 amp commercial electrical service for his customers. Over the last 5 years Jim has specialized in lightning protection projects and pool installations. Jim has a seasoned background in a wide range of electrical maintenance and installation projects from commercial, industrial and residential customers. He has advanced knowledge in the local building codes as well as NEC, ADA and OSHA Requirements to complete projects proficiently and on time. There is no electrical project Jim cannot handle from electrical distribution systems, PV systems, exterior and interior lighting, site lighting, security systems, telecommunications and facility machinery to name a few. Jim takes pride in making sure his customers feel like their projects no matter how big or small are important to us.

Marc DeJulio

Marc possesses over 38 years of experience in the HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression and Heating trades. He has worked in the commercial and industrial sector for most of his time. Marc also possesses the knowledge of local building codes as well as Osha Requirements and Universal Refrigerant EPA certification. Handling of maintenance and trouble shooting of building systems is one of Marc's strengths. He is skilled in all aspects of Mechanical trades with a vast knowledge and understanding to complete projects, coordinate with other trades and meeting critical schedules. Marc has worked for a variety of state and federal agencies throughout his career.
